Hello! I’m a researcher working on different aspects of machine learning reliability (uncertainty quantification, robustness and generalization, explainability), applied statistics and probability for applications in agriculture and environmental sciences.

I’m currently a Research & Innovation Engineer at Exxact Robotics, a fast growing agri-tech enterprise based in Épernay and Lyon (France).

Previously, I conducted my PhD CIFRE on conformal prediction for computer vision-based decision-making in agriculture at the Signal & Image Processing group of the IMS Lab at the University of Bordeaux, in collaboration with Exxact Robotics.

Before that, I obtained my Master’s degree in Statistics & Econometrics at the prestigious Toulouse School of Economics, and my Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Economics at the University of Balamand in my native country of Lebanon.
